Not medical advice
Med X is an understanding aid. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or adjust dosage. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist over anything you read here.
Accuracy
Explanations are generated by an AI model reading a photograph. Handwriting, glare, and cropping can cause mistakes. Verify every medicine name and dosage against the original document before acting on it.
Acceptable use
Upload only documents you are entitled to read. Do not use Med X to build automated systems that give clinical instructions, or to misrepresent its output as a professional opinion.
Availability
Med X is offered as-is and may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time. Features may vary while the service improves.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Med X output. Your health decisions remain between you and your clinician.
